Like everyone else said- put in a ticket. Lately I've gotten the last two the same day which is crazy. Back a month ago though I waited the 10 days (or 14 I can't remember) and had to put in a ticket but it was credited to me within 2 hours.

I don't think there is a way to search for the surveys. I usually just go to my gold surveys when someone posts one and I check to see if that survey number is listed. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

That's what I do.
I needed to do a Gold survy on my phone for the Swago board and finally got one to work. It said it would be 2 min (they always lie, but it was short) for 15 SB, and it was F1080944.

So, how do you go about submitting a ticket? I've been waiting for a PayPal redemption that "shipped" last week and it's still not in my account. I thought it was supposed to take 72 hours once it shipped but I'm now at the 10-day mark and still no reward.

Nevermind. I found it but only got an automated response that it can take up to 10 business days to be processed and delivered. I hate the lack of a human response.

So I submitted a ticket for the WWF offer on a whim from something I'd seen on Reddit to see if I could get the SB to post earlier. I still had 2 weeks before they were supposed to post (30 days was the wait time) and they wrote back saying the points wouldn't post for 30 days and to submit a jpg (I think) if they didn't post after that. Well, a couple days later (today) they showed up in my account! And 2 weeks early! Woot-woot!

Is your paypal email the same as the one you use for Swagbucks? If not then it won't make it. I assume you know this, but just in case you didn't, I thought I would mention it

I've been redeeming for PayPal on SB for quite a while but not since they outsourced the fulfillment process to Incentive Partners back in July.

I redeemed for $25 PayPal yesterday morning and it's already in the Paypal account. That is way faster than it has been for quite some time. It usually says it was credited by SwagBucks in my Paypal account, but now it says "The Rewards Store". I wonder if that change accounted for the speedy processing.

Anyone else noticing the bonus for completing the To-Do list on the left hand of the screen isn't being applied to the total daily Swagbucks? I've seen this several times, now. I'll complete 6 of the 7 things, and earn my "bonus." Those 2 or 3 Swagbucks appear under "My Swagbucks" but are not being applied to my daily total earned. Why not?

The bonus for completing the to do list does not go towards daily goal. This is something that was included in the Swagbucks blog posts and FB posts when they first rolled it out. However, I honestly don't think many people saw that so this does come up a lot. There are actually some other "bonuses" you get for doing things during certain activities that won't go towards your daily goal either. Can't think of specifics at the moment, but I know they do happen.

FYI I've completed two surveys from Peanut Labs today that were supposed to be 10-15 min and they took less than 5. One was 65 sb and the other 52 sb. It asked me maybe 5 questions.

And I had the opposite experience. I did a "10 minute" survey from the Home page, that I was supposedly prequalified for, and after 2 "sorry you don't qualified"s, got a survey that took close to an hour. I had to stop in the middle to take my son to birthday party. When I got back, it was still waiting for me! I finished it and got my 60 SB.

Auto Encraves have a blue circle arrow in the corner. Just cliock on the encrave you are going to watch. Make sure the box is clicked to a green check for the auto setting. It will play and advance. When it is finished it will credit. Repeat process with more encraves.

Good to know. I was planning on cashing out through Paypal and my email is different.

I have to say, Peanut Labs surveys seem to be pretty easy and quick.

The first couple of days, I watched videos on my computer in a popout player-type window. It ran and ran with no issues. Ever since, when I go to the "Watch" section, it's just playing the videos straight from there and keeps getting hung up. Can anyone tell me what I did differently and how I can watch videos on that separate window?

The popout window is from the Swagbutton. It should be in the upper right corner of your browser window, with other app icons you might have (I have Ad block, and Pinterest).

Since the Swagbutton went to autoplay it's become my primary earner. I never bother with the Watch section of the website. The videos take too long for too little. Apparently, the Zoo channel and the Splash channel have the shortest videos so you can run through them quickly.
