I just went to submit a ticket for a shopping trip that has not credited...it has been almost two weeks...and I noticed that SB's is now saying to wait at least 32 days to contact them. Is this a new policy? I usually wait about 10 days. I have three shopping trips I need to contact them about. One is Groupon and the other two are Raise, which I never get credit for unless I contact them. I'll forget after 32 days. Guess that is what they are hoping for.
