Yeah I ended up shutting it off and back to regular Perk. I got a few two points and one point rewards then nothing after that.

I've been doing SB for awhile now, and did my first shopping transaction back in July. Spent $70 at Keurig and you get 2 SB for every $1 spent. Under my account it says that I'll receive 90 SB for my Keurig purchase. Shouldn't it be 140 points? What am I missing here?

If anyone has any thoughts on this, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise I'll try contacting SB and inquire.

things like tax and shipping aren't included, but they might have a cap on points you can earn too?

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I got free shipping, and I thought about tax too, but then that means I should still be getting around 120 points. Good thought about there possibly being a cap on points. I've been digging through SB website, but I don't see any 'rules' regarding shopping caps. I'll probably shoot them an email and see what they say.

At least for the stores I shop at, Ebates seems to give better cash back deals anyway. I could have gotten 2.5% from Ebates for Keurig order, which is better than 90 SB points.

So I heard back from customer service and they gave me a manual credit so my total SB point total from my Keurig shop is 140 points. Yay!

Anyone else who is expecting a shopping credit, make sure you keep track that SB credits the correct amount of points. If not, contact them.

Awesome, glad they got it fixed for you! I almost always end up contacting them about shop & earn for one thing or another, but it's worth it, haha.

Sigh, I haven't hit my second goal more than once this month. Been brutal for me, especially when I was averaging 200-500 sb a day before. At least I've been lucky to get some bigger surveys but I'm waiting on one to hit. Sigh. Someone told me summers were slow, but I didn't believe them until this month.

How do the daily bonus points work? I thought it was if you reached the goal you got however many bonus points it says, but i've never gotten any additional points. I'm confused and maybe I misunderstood?

The current month's bonus points post all at once the following month (usually on the 5th, I believe).

I don't remember buying anything by shopping through SB because I am typically using eBates. Is there any other way to earn "pending" point, besides shopping?

Just an FYI I don't believe they have caps on what you can earn. My highest has been 2,945 SBs and I didn't have any problems with that one posting.

Have you completed any offers? These can be pending also.

Having issues again with the apps on ipad hanging up on adds after one or two videos. This is getting old. Between that and the surveys getting 90% through and getting a message that the survey is full I am starting to rethink the program.

I'm having the same problem on android. The last couple of days have been very aggravating. nCrave throws errors more often than not. Plus it sucks up a ton of bandwidth which makes doing anything else online nearly impossible. I hit my first goal and then gave up for today.
