You don't need a Target REDCard, but it's helpful to have one. The REDCard allows you to get 5% off on Disney GC purchases in the store when paid for with the card. However, if you set the REDCard as your default form of payment on the website and then switch to paying with a Target GC before the final step of checkout, you can get the 5% discount applied to your purchase without having the amount paid for with the REDCard! Think of it as a 5% bonus on your free money because you've just stretched your free Target GC from SB by 5%!

It depends. Sometimes, I get my PayPal deposit the next day. Sometimes, (like my most recent redemption) it takes over a week. I redeemed on 3/28 and my status is still "verified".

Swagbucks says it can be 7-10 business days for PayPal. My target ones always go through way faster than my PayPal.

They generally do paypal faster than the 7-10. They generally take 1-3 days. I'm guessing volume makes a difference, more people getting things at the end of the month. I redeemed for a target card on the 1st and got it yesterday. Target generally takes longer for me than paypal.

My PayPal are always at least 3-4 days and have gone up to 10 business days before. I have had target next day but it is usually a few days. My target are always faster than PayPal.

Bonus rounds on SBTV have been great today and yesterday. I'm at 48 SB already today, and the rounds are for 6-10 videos, not the 28 videos that were required for a bonus round a few days ago.

But I also woke up just after 3am and have over 100 bonus SB from SBTV, so I guess that helps soften the blow of losing the extra 11SB....
