Are you able to access your ressies at waltdisneyworld.com? I tried plugging in my ressie no (not the DU one, the other one) with my phone number and it says it doesn't recognize the number. Are you able to access your ressie there?

No, if you use a travel agent you cannot access your reservation at the Disney site. Technically, the agent "owns" your reservation, not you, and it is not your phone number that is used. I would guess the reservation number is also different in some way that also prevents access.

No, you can only check out things on the DU website. But, if you are nervous, don't be. Plenty of us on this board have used DU and are very satisfied with their services. When we started planning this second trip, I didn't think twice about using them, it was a given that I would.

This is actually my third trip with them, so I'm not worried about their service. I just wanted to see what the My Vacation section of Disney's site looked like and possibly show it to the others in my group. I'll just show them my DU itinerary though.
