I was just reading about this. My 4yo told me he did not want to go to New York if there were shops there, but changed his mind when I told him about this one.

It's on the block between 45th and 46th streets, on the left if you're facing downtown - we saw it but it wasn't opened, just had a big billboard out the front announcing "Opening Fall 2010".
