What is it? 2 eggs and 1 cup of oil?

I know I had it somewhere and I lost it....

I have to bake for the "Cake Walk" at school this Friday and those cookies were just TOO EASY to make! :teeth:

Thanks Folks! :thumbsup2

My DD made these last week it was 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil . Go to the Betty Crocker site thats where she printed the recipe out from for school and stated they were good I think they were listed as fudge crinkles.

I don't know, but you just reminded me I have chocolate chip cookie dough in the fridge...think I'll go make some cookies! Thanks! :)

What are these? I like anything that is easy to make cause I can't cook much at all...

They sound easy, but do they taste good?

Oh Yes!!!! For Christmas this year I made a batch of nearly every flavor of cake my grocery store carried and I was the hit of every party I went to. My favorites are still the yellow cake and chocolate ones though.

Here's the thread where I learned about them:

Cake Mix Cookies

My sister in law's best friend makes these (her daughter told me they from cake mix) but she would never share the recipe - Thank you!!!!

I used a half-cup of melted butter with the yellow cake mix and rolled them in cinnamon-sugar. They were amazing. The kids thought they tasted a little like cake-batter ice cream. No one believed how easy they were to make!

ooooh, I'm excited to make them. I LOVE baking. I don't do it too often, but when I do, I really enjoy it. Hmmmmm, it's 11:00 at nite, is that too late for cookie baking. . . ? :teeth:

Alrite, thanks a lot. Guess what I just finished doing. . .making cookies. Yep. You all are horrible influences.

And who do I think I am thinking that I can read a thread about cookies at 10 at nite?

(They were very good though. . . :teeth: )

Oh my goodness - You guys need to try the Lemon one from the Thread posted above. They are so good.

:goodvibes

Yes they are that easy and they are SOOO good. One of the favorite cookies at home are what we call yin and yang cookies. Take white cake mix, and mix it with chocolate chips, take chocolate cake mix, and mix that with white chips. Drop on the cookie sheet ½ tsp of each touching one another. I got so many praises for that, if only people know how easy it is. But I’m not telling!

I make these with a spice cake mix then ice them with homemade cream cheese icing... YUMMY!!:goodvibes

They are the best cookies. I, too, make them at Christmas. Last year everyone especially raved over the red velvet cookies with cream cheese frosting. Ooo, and the carrot cookies were to die for. I also use store-bought cookie dough and add different mix-ins and everyone thinks I slaved for days!

geeeeeez, y'all are starvin' me over here! i had gastric bypass surgery in 2004 and it's been almost 2 years since i've had a cookie! these sound so good i'm almost willin' to risk it!

I made these cookies the other night just as you described and both my husband AND my son have been just RAVING about how they are the best cookies they have ever eaten (and they know their cookies!)
