So often we focus on the negative things we have to "get through" each week. This made me think of a new thread for us.

What is the one event that you are most looking forward to this week? Why?


For me, it is an assembly my students and I will attend tomorrow at work. It is a Shakespearean play and they are oh so excited! I honestly cannot wait to see how it comes together.

For me I am most looking forward to going to a bible study tomorrow night to see some friends I haven't seen for a while, and this next weekend when I can work some more on my garden

I am waiting to hear if my fiance and I are approved for a mortgage so we can buy our first place! I am so ready to be out of my parents house!

Awesome! The play today was very good. The theater group did a great job and the kids were incredible. They really got into it and were excited all day until it was time. I am super happy and proud of them!

I have to say my DD/DS's bookfair/artfair/radio DISNEY night tomorrow. We get a little dose of Disney all the way here in Michigan.

Bern's Steakhouse on Saturday night! A very rare opportunity for date night for me and DH and we are doing it in style!

Our PTG(PTO/PTA) brings them to host a live show at our elementary school. We had them last year and they play Hanna Montana/jonas bros..etc music and they pick some kids to come up on stage to do silly games to win Tshirts and waterbottle giveaways. They even had the REAL hanna montana there (picked several Moms dressed up like divas) to 'sing' a song (lipsync). The audience got to pick the 'real' (best lypsinc) Hanna Montana.
I don't have a clue how much this costs or the details. It's fun

Wow, this is interesting thread. We are looking forward to see some of our friends again on weekend, it's a birthday of one of our friend. So we will spend a night with them.

So last night I saw my friends, and it was wonderful, and as an added bonus, an old friend showed up that I haven't seen since high school. It was wonderful to see her!!!!

However, on the second part, it just dumped a TON of snow on us this morning, so looks like I won't be working on the garden until it all melts and dries up

Hmmm gotta find something else to look forward to....was looking forward to the D23 announcement, but we see how that turned out!!!!!!!

I'm excited about Preschool Story Hour at the library tomorrow morning! Our son finally turned 3 and is old enough to go. It starts tomorrow and he is so excited- I'm excited for him! Then we're visiting family for the weekend and have family visiting us all next week!
