This is the one year anniversary of a turning point in my life (completing the 2014 Goofy after having been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and injured on crutches and a scooter for a year) ...
but this weekend is not about me, it's about you. As I'm home in cold New Jersey this year, I celebrate you, not just for this weekend, but for the weeks and months you've dedicated to training.
