OK. I've been on "diets" for a large part of my life. I always start off strong, then I get sucked into a craving or a bad mood and then spiral downward. But this time I feel like something has "clicked" and I know I'm going to see this through. I can't explain it, but even looking at the circulars this week didn't cause me to drool with desire for that ice cream or cookie. I'm doing Jenny Craig for 6 weeks to get myself jump-started, and then I will return to weight watchers. JC is expensive! But it is helping me get my act together and it's thinking and planning for me (for now).
So I'm feeling good...I also hopped on the scale this morning (3 days before I should have) and I'm already down 3.6 pounds! I just had to add that!
