Two very big forces are coming together,

On one side the force of all DOCTOR WHO fans,
on the other
The very big force of Chris Moyles.

The battleground is the music charts now revamped to include downloads.

The doctors fans are downloading the music track played in the wedding disco scene of the runaway bride at christmas,
Chris has pushed his listeners to downloan one of Billie pipers old album tracks, boh are not singles.

So we will see on Sunday who wins the Doc or Billie!

The tracks
Honey to the Bee Billie

Love Don't Roam Doctor Who

aaah i caught the tail end of a news report on this earlier and couldn't work out what they were babbling on about:rotfl: it makes sense now!

who do you think will win?

Oh My!!! I bought Honey To The Bee by Billie, when it came out originally:)

Can't remember any of Billie Piper's songs LOL

I think this sort of thing will make a mockery of the charts though :(

Can't remember the last time I paid much attention to chart positions. When I was a boy blah blah :rotfl:

I think this is the point Chris Moyles is trying to make. He said that it is wrong that any music you can download can enter the charts.

It might give unsigned bands more of a chance to make it

I dont think it will make a mockery of the charts, the point is to have the chart reflect the music people buy

:yay:

In the end it reflects what we do, so that is good, now if we all follow what we are told to do, thats another matter, in this case Doctor Who fans pulling together, shows the loyalty of DW followers.

Its early days and I am sure it will settle down, remember CRAZY and many other songs wouldnt have happened if it wasnt for the internet.

Andrew
i see Billie did make it into the charts at number 17.
just goes to show the pulling power of Chris Moyles, as otherwise we would never have made it:)
