This is Mandy, by 4 1/2 month old puppy. She doesn't normally have destructive tendencies (except paper... no paper is safe near her). Apparently that 50lb bag of potting soil had it coming.

Here are Mandy's partners in crime. They are charged with abetting a known criminal and failure to report a crime:

Dixie (the beagle) is slinking away, leaving Grace and Mandy to take the heat:

:rotfl::lmao:

This SO reminds me of our puppies. I have a similar story about our chocolate lab (now 2) when he was a puppy. We had just moved into our new house and had put some rose bushes and assorted other flowers into two new planters (those big wine barrel types) in the back yard. The dogs were only 8-10 weeks old and when I came out into the back yard, I found the chocolate lab had managed to climb into the planter and was just sitting there, chewing on the roses.

Since that time, we have had two completely destroyed couches, chewed walls, countless shoes gone, not to mention all of the magazines and mail that we have found pieces of mixed in with some poopie in the back yard. :rolleyes1

Dogs, don't you love em? ;)

Holy Moly!!! Chewed up your couch??? ACK!!! But I can totally visualize your dog sitting in the planter chewing that rose bush. :rotfl: Gotta love 'em, indeed!:rotfl2:

Tisk, tisk. Time to call in Ceasar Milan!

SHH. SHH - Hey!

That's awesome! Love this "deer caught in headlights" shot.

My lab has never been that destructive (by lab standards). She used to chew on a few shoes and she ate a frog once, but that's about it.

My husky, well she's a different story. Her passion is digging. She dug a hole in my backyard that was about a foot deep and found a key! Luckily, it's not to our house. Apparently she has quite a sniffer.

Boy - that gave me a much needed chuckle this morning! Just precious. I'm the proud Momma of 4 doggies - 13yr old Pomeranian, 8yr old Lab mix, 5yr old Golden and 2yr old Pit Bull. Antics like these are the moments you won't forget!

God Bless your fur-babies! :goodvibes

oh my:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: that bag didn't have a chance

"....mail that we have found pieces of mixed in with some poopie in the back yard.'( tried to quote annewjerz but it didn't work) think of all those publisher's clearinghouse checks you've missed ;)

LOL...too funny!! I love the Beagle's face in the 2nd photo. Like she's stumbling into the scene of the crime.

My yellow lab would dig up the flowers faster than I could plant them when she was a pup. Luckily, she's outgrown it. Now if she would just outgrow her flip flop fetish.

Great shots:) Love the looks on their faces:lmao:
My choc lab had a thing for flip flops when she was a puppy. Her poop was very colorful to say the least. She's 5 now and has outgrown most of her destructive side which included chewing shoes, balls(any kind- tennis, softball, soccer...) and digging monster holes in my backyard. She still likes to dig up one of my flowerbeds.

OOOOOO... colorful poop. How festive!! :rotfl: Makes cleaning up the yard after them more intersting, though, right?;)
