was so nice out in my garden, I just had to share a few pictures.

The Black Eyed Susans are in full bloom!

The blue and white flowers in this photo are called Balloon Flowers. They start like an air filled balloon and then open up to form a star.

And now, back to work.

I love blackeyedsusans!! That's our state's flower, ya know! I tried to grow two of them in my garden, but they bit the dust. Any tips? Yours are beautiful!

Well ours are in a garden that gets very little full sun. I also don't water them too much. I think they were here when we got the house and have spread ever since. I had to thin them out early this summer because they were crawling over all the other plants!
