Did anyone else have an extra hard time getting ADR's this morning because of WDW going back to the 180? Man it was ROUGH for us. We FINALLY got into a live person around 1130am. Wheeee glad that's done!

Yes, I finally got through about 11:30. I was trying since 7am(on the phone) and since 3am online. After I got through and was put on hold, I was on the phone for a total of 82 minutes before the system disconnected us. I had a lovely CM Vanessa who did an EXCELLENT job though so that was nice!

Yes, we still haven't gotten ours because I haven't had the chance to call in and I couldn't get through online.

I just talked to a CM today who told me that over 100 extra people were added today and that they have been really busy. The problem has been that so many people calling at the same time has flooded the phone lines that at times today, all of the reservation phone lines were busy. I suspect it will be like this for the next couple of days. I am grateful I did not need to make reservations today--I was discussing my room request and celebrations on my resort reservaiton.
