They are throw away but they have arms, elastic cuffs and elastic hood.
Just checked and I don't have enough so to Amazon I went.
Had I waited to check they probably would have been out of stock or something haha.

Haha no just going in August.
I've learned to pack 2 ponchos per day per person plus an extra for things like Kali.
Although last August we went during the heat wave and it only rained on our check in day.
That's why I thought I had enough left but someone must have used some for a concert or something.
