We called to verify resers. Got swithced between 5!! differnt phone#s.DW is 1 call away.We LOVE YOU US but get it too together.

That's bizarre. I usually call the Loews number and they put me on to Universal. Anyone else?

It's all good now. Just got switched around for 15 mins last night.All resv are what they supposed to be.Just alittle conf on both ends.It was abad day to begin with but everythings cool now(back on my meds )
