They may just know each other personally and since the PT's name is on your script he just called him by the familiar name. If it bothers you on any level either switch PT's or switch your Pharmacy. It might bug me too, I'm not a fan of overlapping care. I'd probably switch my pharmacy because they are much easier to find that PT, but either way the problem would be solved.

What the heck? You asked for a benign reason that your pharmacist would know which physical therapist you used (which LuvOrlando and I did) or for people to join you in the crazy reasons why this would happen (which MagicMom did).
