This is what I booked...what do you think?

Hi, it's my mom, me, ds8 and dd5 taking a trip in November, staying at CSR. I double booked a few things and need to cancel the extras in the next few days. What do you think?

Day 1 - nothing (no ddp the first day)
Day 2- Crystal Palace lunch
Day 3- Tusker House for Lunch OR Maya Grill for dinner
Day 4 -Sci Fi or Mama Melrose
Day 5 -1900 Park Fare dinner
Day 6 -maya Grill for dinner

and, which is better? Teppan Edo or the Mexican place (forgetting the name, in Epcot)?

Sounds good to me! The Crystal Palace is one of my favs! Very good! Out of Sci Fi or Melrose, I would probably choose Sci Fi for the atmosphere. 1900 will be very fun. Since you're dining at Maya Grill on day 6, I would choose Tusker House on day 3.

I would definitely choose Teppan Edo over San Angel Inn. San Angel, unfortunately, was one of my family's worst wdw dining experiences.

San Angel recently changed their menu, so it might be improved, but Teppan Edo was awesome. I know there are probably hibachis where everyone lives (we have 3 different types in our town), but the freshness and authenticity of staff is unbeatable.
Haven't ever eaten at Sci Fi, but I really like Mama Melrose. Sangria yum!
I haven't eaten at the Maya Grill, either, so I would choose the Tusker House. We really enjoyed the Safari Character Breakfast and being the very first people on Expedition Everest.
Everything else sounds great.
