So, my parents are going to WDW in October, and today is their 60 days....

Last year, we had 1 day passes that were assigned in MDE, that we upgraded when we were at WDW to APs....they were able to make FP+ for the entire trip (obviously after we got the upgrade) and they even JUST ordered their MBs (they forgot, and we had resort MBs anyways) for their APs because MDE prompted them to last week when they were looking at their new reservation.....

So I go to book them FP+ for their trip last night.....and the APs aren't there! So now I have to have them find their passholder cards and such and add them back in....but why did they disappear? It should take them re-adding them, but hopefully it doesn't say its already been added.....

this is me being baffled....

Could be that the AP expiration date was wrong when they upgraded the 1 day tickets. The CM could have used the date the 1 day ticket was purchased as the AP expiration date, instead of the date the upgrade was done. Your parents probably never even noticed the discrepancy. I have read about this happening before. I always double check with the CM doing my AP upgrade to make sure the expiration date is correct.

Check again today. I find tickets come and go on the website, for no logical reason at all.
