And they're not kidding about those share cropper shacks. When I lived down in central FL as a teen, our church had a bus ministry. Many times we had to find the kids we were bringing in right smack dab in the middle of an orange grove living in a building no bigger than a storage building we used to have at our old house! And, a family would live there with who knows how many kids sometimes!
