We plan to stay at Old Key West but don't like being tied to a table service daily with DDP. Is there a way we can get the Quick Service plan or is that only for people staying in value resorts?

you can get the Quick service plan if you want.

Are you talking about the Free Dining promotion though?

No, not the free dining.

You can always buy whichever plan you want. During "free" dining, anyone staying at a moderate or deluxe resort get's the regular dining plan included with their stay. Any other time, you can purchase whichever plan you want.
