Its strange. I made plans so long ago it seemed like it would never get here and now I'm worried about doing the last minute things! Monday will be 1 week out and I'll be making all my confirmation calls checking to be sure everything is in order; limo ride to the airport, flight times, rental car, hotels and PS's. Did I forget anything??

Sounds like you have everything in order that you need to check on before your trip. Enjoy the rest of the planning process, it's one of my favorite things to do. Have a GREAT vacation!

Let's see, have you gotten your rain ponchos, Bodyglide, water bottles, medicines refilled, over the counter medicine to take with you just in case, arranged to have you mail stopped if you don't have a locked mailbox, newspaper stopped, care for pets if any, checked park hours to see if you need to tweek your itinerary, gotten a book or magazine to read by the pool, hmmm, can't think of anything else right now. Bring more than one pair of tennis shoes or athletic sandles in case one pair gets wet.

Oh, and one thing I do which really helps me is that I take some index cards and make one for each day that I'll be there that has each parks hours and parade/fireworks times, any PS's I have for that day along with the confirmation numbers, and any other information I think I'll need for that day like, be sure to catch the living statue in Italy between such and such hours. I carry that one days card with me that I can look at if I need to, and I usually do. I use to just put the hours to the park I'm going to visit down, but there's been several times that we've decided to change our plans on the spur of the moment and I need to know the ours of another park. Like if you're at MGM when it closes and you still feel like riding rides, I'd check to see if MK was still open and we'd hop over there for another couple hours of riding.

You asked about my trip report and I finally have it up now over on the trip reports board.

Oh, lucky you!:bounce: The last week or so is hectic but fun! Enjoy!

By the way, I glanced at the ear plug thread and had to laugh when I saw your name! Are you using the ear plugs to keep the air in?:p

You're a funny one you are!!!!!! Actually,I'm the snorer so I don't need them!!!!!!!!

So how does it feel to be in single digits??

"Did I forget anything?"

You forgot me! I want to go too! I can' t believe that this trip us here for you already! Think of me while you're there and pat yourself on the back for making your very own arrangements for the first time!!

We're almost in the single digits too...I've been putting off packing anything until we're in the singles but it's been sooooo...hard. On all our other trips I'm usually packed weeks (if not months) in advance. But I wanted to try and "forget" about the trip til it's here. I'll start panicking next week.

Have a great trip!!:D :D :D
