.....I wondered what you guys thought of Wet n Wild. I asked my UK buddies for their opinion and they weren't all that complimentary, although most of them hadn't been for a number of years.

What do you lot think of the place, I've never been, but we have Flextickets for the first time this year for our May/June visit, so we will go at least once.

Any tips/advice/opinions are welcomed.

My own preference would be either Disney water parks , which are excellent , or Aquatica, which we have not visited yet, but hope to this year

We had the flex pass last time we went and we did one day at Wet n' Wild. Honestly, my kids weren't too thrilled with it. They said it was really no different than the water parks at home (we have several in our area). They decided they didn't want to "waste" another day going back. They'd rather go to Universal, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld or Busch Gardens while we were there and we don't have anything like those parks home.

We drove by it for the first time, and my impression was it's a bunch of plastic tubes the twist around. No real theming, just tubes.

With that said, there was some pretty intense looking tubes

I like Wet 'N Wild.. I think it's the best water park if you're looking for thrills with your slides. I mean the other ones beat it in theming obviously but Wet 'N Wild definitely wins in the thrills department.

My kids prefers Wet&Wild over the disney water parks, in fact Wet&Wild is my daughter's favorite park over all of the disney theme and water parks and all the parks included in your flex pass.

I like the Wash and Disco H2O the best. Those are thrill rides.
