THIS IS MY COSTUME pirate DISign

Hi! We leave on Thursday and I am running short on time! I am wondering if anyone has a DISign that they would share that says "This is my costume" with a Pirates of the Caribean design. I would love to make DH a shirt like this to wear with a Jack Sparrow hat for MNSSHP. Thanks so much!!!
