It's no big deal. Unless they're purposefully prank texting you, it's probably just a wrong number. Happens to me sometimes, I just politely text back 'wrong number' and they usually don't text again.

Most of us just dial the 7 digits, at least when we know the phone number is local.

I text back saying wrong number and whoever it was replied saying i am very very sorry.
Poor dab I'd hate a text like that to go to the wrong person.
