My family has a trip planned for late March next year. There will be 13 of us. All adults. How do we get around with 13 of us? We want to go to Space220 (hoping it's open by then!) but that might be too big of a reservation. Of course, we will split up into small groups some of the time. Any hints for either big group or small groups (2 or 3)? Maybe this belongs in a "big group" thread? (Is there one?) I've gone to WDW several times, but it's been since 1987 that I've gone with such a big group.

Create a schedule of suggested activities and invite everyone in the group to choose what fits their interests. This will help you break up into smaller groups in ways that work out well for all. Some people may want to do more of their own thing and join fewer activities. That's also OK. Make it clear that they are welcome to join what group activities they like and do their own thing as they like. Would not try to herd the whole group of 13 to go around together, but do plan a couple of meals that you ask all to join. You will have to call to get dining reservations for the group of 13, if everyone plans to join any of the same meals.
