do you draw?
show your stuff.

I love those sketches!! You are very talented!! :goodvibes I am horrible at portrait drawing and tend to stay away from that, lol. How did you go about those? Do you freehand them or are you tracing the photos?

Here are some of mine drawings...they're kinda weird, lol.

i'm looking off high contrast black and white photos, but not sketching.

i really enjoy "the longevity of ambition"
i'm terrible with hands lol.

That's really cool. All of your drawings are very cool. I can also see potential in them to become really creative works, like if you played around with all different sorts of mediums, colors, and textures and all that good stuff. I'm a huge fan of your first and last pictures. I love the faces.

And thanks! I'm obsessed with hands...I don't know why, I just always loved them in pictures so most of my "original" (imaginative, not still life) drawings include them.

i did a cut out of audry hepburn on friday. i thought that was pretty cool.

i think if i took the style that i do (high contrast photo realistic) and played with my media, they could be pretty cool. i'm still working out my style, so once it get it down, then i'll start experimenting.

And when you do start experimenting, I'll be expecting to see some of them posted on the DIS ;) hehe. That Audry Hepburn cut out must have been amazing - I love the contrast images of her - I don't know why, I just do, lol.

Those are amazing pictures!!!

I am jealous!!!

the small one is my original drawing. i sketched it and inked it, then i scanned it into a computer and printed it on a transparency. i put it on an over head projector and traced it on to black paper. then i cut out the black and glued it to the white.
