This Is A Poncho-Free Zone!--May 22-29, 2010 PTR (New PTR!!!! 5/31)

Becky so sorry to hear about all the commotion before services;other than your van sounds like its all came out OK with just some shaken nerves...

but, it does sound like you guys had a wonderful day together...

the girls pictures are so cute; reminded me of Gwendolyn when she was their age :cutie:

:rotfl: what a cute recipe! It is amazing to have young children respond to these type of questions! So cute :cutie: The picture of you and Ally is so great!!

You used GardenGrocer last trip as well right? I am seriously considering it, to save us the time of stopping and shopping. I hope you have a great experience with the OSR. They get raved reviews, so I cannot imagine otherwise!

Happy Mother's Day!! I am glad your day ended well despite the rough start. Just finally being able to get onto DIS--been a couple busy days! :goodvibes

How exciting that you ordered your GG and strollers  I am actually excited about the strollers this year---can not wait to hear your review.

I am so sorry that your Mother's Day started off so crazy  It always happens at other people's houses, doesn't it? I am happy that you guys fixed it!

Seems like it was a great Mother's Day though! I am SOOOO thrilled about your B&TB tickets! How fun!! It is one of my Disney favorites, I am sure it will be great on stage

Of course, the girls looked so cute in all of their costumes!! When is the recital? Abby's is next week!!!

Yes!! I'm so excited about B&B!! Brent and I saw it years back before we had kids when it came to Memphis--it was sooo good!! Can't wait to see it again!

The girl's recital isn't until June 12th! They are both in the 6:00 show! (they have a 1:00 show and then a 6:00 show)

Drama aside, I'm glad you had such a lovely Mother's Day! Someone drove into my rear bumper in the mall parking lot a few days ago and scratched it pretty good-- makes me furious at the decency of people! Of course no one left a note or anything. I hope the repairs to your car aren't too expensive!
I absolutely love Beauty and the Beast!! I saw it several times on Broadway and adored it. I bet your girls will love it-- they liked the DHS show, right? I'm sure you all will have a wonderful time!!

Yes, I did have a nice Mother's Day!! YES!! Brent and I saw B&B years back before kiddos. Sooo good!! Yes, the girls LOVE the B&B HS show! :lovestruc

 nail polish on the carpet, yes I have done that...

love the dance pictures the girls look so pretty. glad despite the morning chaos you had a wonderful day.

J~

Yes, the day ending up being wonderful!!

Oh goodness, your Mother's Day didn't start off on a very good note did it? Looks like it ended well though :goodvibes

The girls look adorable in their dance costumes - so much cuter than the sports uniforms I get to buy

No it did not!! But yes, it ended well!! Thanks!! The girls just love their costumes!!

Sounds like you had a wonderful Mother's Day (minus the nail polish drama and van dents). :)

Would you believe Eliabeth did the same thing last year when we were at the beach? She went to shake that bottle, and it flew out of her hand and hit that tile floor---SPLAT--nail polish all up her leg, shorts, all over the floor and baseboards. Kevin ran out and got polish remover, and we scrubbed and scrubbed. Poor Elizabeth's legs looked horrible, where we rubbed so hard getting that polish off. Everything came out, exceptfor the polish on Kevin's shoes, which happened to be sitting in the floor.

Yes, my Mother's Day ending up being a great day!! Oh no!! YIKES!! Thank goodness it came out of mostly everything!!

The girls looked so adorable for their dance pictures! I love the costumes! :cloud9:

Sorry your mother's day got off to a rough start :guilty: But I'm happy it turned around for you! What a clever idea from Brent to send the tickets to your phone! :thumbsup2

Thank you, Courtney!! Yes! I'm glad it turned around, too!! Brent got pretty creative with his gift giving--that's for sure!! :goodvibes

Sorry your Mother's Day didn't start off too well. The rest of your day looked wonderful! We saw Beauty and the Beast when it was playing up in Toronto when I was in HS. It was amazing!!!

Love your girls in the dance costumes. My studio has pictures today and tomorrow (all of my classes are tomorrow...thank goodness). Speaking of that, I still need to figure out what to wear for the teacher picture (we just wear all black)!!! When do your girls have their recital?

We saw B&B here in Memphis way back before we had kids and it was wonderful!! Can't wait to see it again! The girl's recital isn't until June 12th!

Looks like a fun day minus the nail polish and bumper bashing :sad2:

Yes, it ended up being a nice day!! :goodvibes

Yes--it all worked out even though the morning was very stressful! Thanks!! Awww! They grow up too fast, don't they?! :sad1:

12 days!! Whoo hoo!! :woohoo:

Oh I almost forgot...you had asked on FB about Tiana. Get ready to do some serious stalking. :lmao: She is out intermittently from 10-5, which sounds great in theory. But her line gets extremely long very fast. When the queue fills up, they cut it off and don't let anyone else in line until Tiana and Naveen are gone. Then you are out of luck until the next time they are back. But the problem is, the line can fill up and be closed off for up to 45 minutes or so before they come back. So you could get there 40 minutes early for the next session and the line could ALREADY be closed. So basically you have to either test your luck or be there really, really early, which is what we ended up doing after missing out 3-4 times. But it was strangely very crowded last week, so it may be different your week, but the CMs said she has been wildly popular because she is so new. And also, the two of them are awesome. Very entertaining, in character, and great with the kids. I don't think they stopped talking to Bella once, and she was giggling the entire time. So it's worth it! Hope that helps!

Disney Mail - how fun! Your TA really does go above and beyond. The laminated cards look very cool. I'm so excited for you - less than 2 weeks!

Oh my!! Sounds very stressful!! So they can't tell you a specific time?! Uggh! I really hope we get to meet Tiana and Naveen--that's all the girls are talking about!

She really does!! She is the BEST!!! :goodvibes

Wow you had a very eventful Mother's Day :scared1:. I'm glad the polish came out of the carpet. And your car? I would have cried too. I'm glad the day got better though :thumbsup2.

The pictures of the girls are so pretty. They have the prettiest blue eyes and long eyelashes. I can imagine it took two hours to get the pictures done with the little ones.

:woohoo::banana: Mickey Mail :woohoo::banana:. Your TA does such a good job on you travel package. She really makes sure the magic starts early :wizard:.

:woohoo::yay::banana: 11 DAYS :woohoo::banana::yay:

Online check-in Wednesday :thumbsup2:goodvibes

The girls are so cute in their dance costumes -- I love the one with them admiring themselves in the mirror.

What a way to start your Mother's Day! Yikes! Glad the day turned around though, and I know you are going to have a great time at Beauty and the Beast!

First of all Happy late Mothers day. It sounds like you had a great day (minus the couple mishaps in the morning). Second, you have such a wonderful travel agent for doing all of that for you! I just love getting Mickey mail it makes the trip so real when you get it. You only have a little less than two weeks left!!!:woohoo:

We saw B&B here in Memphis way back before we had kids and it was wonderful!! Can't wait to see it again! The girl's recital isn't until June 12th!

Our recital is the first weekend in June (we always have it on a Friday night and Sun afternoon).

Love all the stuff your TA sent you!!!

I second that!! We stalked Tiana (as you both know) the ENTIRE trip...but so worth it! She is harder to see than Obama :lmao:

I love your Mickey Mail!! I can not believe you are so close to being in Disney

Angela is the best TA I could ask for. Thanks again for letting me know about her

Abby's recital is on her last day of school...Friday May 21st :scared1: She has a school performance that morning then recital that night. I was hoping to be in the Saturday or Sunday performance. Oh well, at least both of her dances are on the same night :thumbsup2

I was wondering, can someone give you their PIN number, or does it have to be the same person? I could see if my other PIN would work with you...not sure it would though :confused3

PS: I have a feeling that we will get free dining in December again. I think (for us at least) it ends up being cheaper than the 40% off.

Love the dance pictures! Reminds me of when my DD was in dance. :goodvibes

:scared1: What a way to start out Mother's Day! I'm glad it got much better for you.

What great Mickey Mail you got! :cool1: Your TA sounds awesome!
