Does anyone know how the new queue is handled for the third TSM track in DHS? Are there two separate entrances? How do they divide the crowds? I know there is no wheelchair-loading pull-off, and no stairs. Do wheelchair users only use the first queue, or can people who can walk the last few feet use the new queue? I use a wheelchair and can stand a little, my husband is a t-12 complete paraplegic, and my mom has a knee injury and can walk a bit but not all day. So we really do have a wide spectrum of needs in our group. Thanks all!

I was just there last weekend and did it with my DAS return time and it was just like before I could not even tell there was a new track

I've not been there yet, but what I have read and seen is the same as gap posted - it's pretty much seamless to people in line.
Everything is the same to the Fastpass merge line. At that point, guests with mobility devices are directed up the ramp to the alternate boarding area on the right. Some guests are directed up the stairs as before and some are directed to a new hallway to the left of the stairway. After a series of hallways, guests reach the new queue's boarding area, which is smaller and doesn't allow for mobility devices.
The exit for the new queue comes out at a different place, at the rear of Pixar place (appears to be toward the area where the Backstage Tour entrance had been located).

Information I have seen indicted wait times have greatly decreased - the second track increased capacity by 50%.

I have not read anything about wait times at the accessible boarding area; it would make sense for them to decrease since anyone who needed to avoid stairs had to use that area. Some of those guests can now use the new line.

I didn't realise they'd finished the third track already! It's a bit frustrating that they're not making any improvement to the wheelchair entrance, though, because there's no way of knowing that you could make your way all the way round to that queue and then find there are 8 or 9 wheelchair/ECV parties ahead of you. As they only seem to bring a car over to the loading area every 10 or so you can end up waiting over half an hour if you time it wrong.

I wonder if it's worth trying to leave my scooter outside this August and try and go through to the new track where there are no stairs (which are my problem). We wouldn't ride TSM without a FP anyway.

I have gone 5times using an ECV and transferring and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and the lines were never long wheather transferring or using the accessible vehicle, I am sure there have been times when it is very busy that it has happened but I have never seen it I go there in October and May/June

I've never been during holidays or other busy times but I've seen the line fill up the area near the loading platform. Go up the ramp, make the turn then go back to the U turn and halfway back to the FP/Standby merge. Over a 45 minute wait after I've used my FP. :(
