Thinking of Trading to AZ Property - Thoughts?

I was looking at trading through II to this property:

Four Seasons Residence Club - Scottsdate at Troon North

The website makes the place look fabulous.

Anyone ever stay or trade there?

What do our board experts think the season might be for trading in June, July or August (Yes I know it is VERY hot there..we spend our honeymoon in part in Phoenix...)

Haven't stayed there...and would definitely check out TUG...but also found these reviews...
