Thinking of changing resorts...

We are currently booked in a garden wing room at the Contemporary for 3/16-3/19...just a quick stay. I was thinking of changing to a value resort to save money. I got a good price on the CR, but knowing that we are in an "off" building and not in the main building kind of set the tone, ya know?

We will be back in May - hopefully staying at the Poly (if Fl rates come out) but I don't know what to do for this trip...we are mainly going to see two Braves games and then hit the parks the off times.

Dont go to value! At least stay at a moderate. You could call Disney and tell them your problem with the Garden Wing. Maybe they can move you to the main building or move you to another Deluxe for the same price.

I've stayed in the North Garden Wings at least 7 visits. The tower to me is too noisy and busy. Long walks to elevator but the same is true for the wings. Wings are like your own piece of heaven. Also, they are only 3 floors high if you have a fire issue and its a short walk tothe beach for King Neptune. We always loved the wings but have stayed in the tower once. Just not my cup of tea!
