Thinking of booking Hard Rock Hotel...never been...?????

Hi there. We are big Disney people and yet my older kids would really like to try Universal. WE went to Universal about 9 years ago so it has been a long time. I have heard the best deal is to stay at one of their hotels so you can get the front of the line passes. Okay....we are going in mid/late July. SO it will be hot hot hot......WOULD YOU RECOMMEND 2 or 3 days at Universal?? My kids would enjoy hanging at the pool too. Could you do both parks in two days??? Any tips or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes you can do both parks in 2 days. But if the kids want to hang out by the pool, stay for 3 days. The cabanas are worth it IMO. Cabana #1 is a little less expensive because it has a obstructed view. Or if you are staying in a club level room you will get a discount. If you have a AAA, call ASAP to get the AAA discount. They go fast. If you do not have AAA, call ASAP and get a AAA membership and then call and book your room. Also, be sure to sign up for Loews first and have it applied to your ressie.

Staying onsite (getting the unlimited FOTL) you CAN do both parks in 2 days....however, if your kids will enjoy 'pool lounging' (and pool hopping IS encouraged!) add an extra day....so, if you'd like 3 days for parks and pool, stay 2 nights.... (minimum)

Two days gives you a nice taste of Universal. Three days is even better.
