September 25th to oct 3rd. Of course, I wasn't paying attention and now Ifeel totally out of the loop. Can anyone clear this up for me?

There is free dining offered but you needed to book that option by dec 2010. There is no other free dining option offered.

This is my key deciding factor in deciding to stay on resort or go elsewhere.

Another question, if i book a room at the Dolphin and a "dining free" option comes into play, can I jump on the wagon if I'm staying there?

There is a current offer of free dining that ends September 24th I believe in the past if you check in on the last day it is offered it carries over for the entire trip. So you might want to consider checking in a day early to recieve free dining. Have a great trip.

You may also want to book your meals as soon as possible, as that booking window has already opened up.

Current free dining offer ends at Sept 24. If you check in on Sept 24, you will be able to receive free dining during your stay. (I'm actually checking on 24th )
ADR window opened up 180days from check in date but you might want to look at available adrs since free dining makes restaurants very busy. Otherwise, besides the restaurants, the park is very light with crowd.
