Were now thinking about WH to get more space...we have a 3 and 6 year old and we just love to have the mommy and daddy me time afterthey crash and we think we will be sooo much better off in a condo....so how do I get the best rates for a nice room. I noticed their is a management company offering an incentive of $100 gift card for gas/graceries or a free rental car? 2 BR...I think was 119/night? I am a bit sceptical of doing it by owner...though I have read some good things on some threads here! Please ...any advice!

The best deal is going to be direct from an owner. The management company will typically take a cut to cover it's end of making the reservation---where do you think that $100 gift card comes from?

Try sending a message to www.windsorhillsrent.com and see if you can connect with an owner you feel good about. If not, you can always go the mgmt co. route. I would use www.allstarvacationhomes.com to book a suitable property if I felt the need to use a mgmt co.
