We purchased 150 points direct about 6 years ago.... I have 3 contract numbers (60, 50 and 40 points each) assigned XXXXXX.0, .1 and .2..... can I sell 2 of these contracts... and keep the 40 point one for “blue card” perks and take the proceeds from the 2 small contract sales ( they usually yield a higher per point value) and then buy a resale with the proceeds and some additional cash? Looking to increase the total points we have.....

And you should keep your member benefits. 6 years ago, any owner (direct or resale) had member benefits, so any of your contract should have you grandfathered in.

thanks... was not sure if DVC has a minimum number of points requirement

There is a minimum for new direct purchasers to be a qualified member, 75 points, but your membership was purchased prior to that change and is grandfathered in so that keeping one of your contracts keeps you qualified.

Remember that when selling there will be commissions on the sale and a transfer fee or two on each contract.
