Thinking about going to Goofy's Kitchen for lunch the day we fly in, is it possible?

We are flying into LAX on Monday. Our flight arrives at about 10:30AM. We plan on renting a car and driving to the Disneyland Hotel. Does anyone know about how long the driving time will be from LAX to Disneyland on a late Monday morning? We had thought about checking into the Disneyland Hotel and dropping off the luggage and then going to Goofy's kitchen for lunch. Is this possible? How late do they serve lunch at Goofy's Kitchen? Barring any flight delays of course is it possible for us to make it from LAX to DLH, check in and be at Goofy's Kitchen by say 1 or 130PM?

I think Goofy's serves until 2-2:30 (????) They are also open for dinner, so I'm not sure when they end the breakfast/lunch and open again for dinner. You are ging yourself a 2 1/2-3 hour cushion, I think you should make it. I would make the PS for 1pm and just have the number handy if you are running late.
