Thinking about changing hotels...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Was thinking about changing hotels, again. We are currently booked for 6 nights at the Sleep Inn and Suites on Major blvd (standard room). Was thinking about changing to the Comfort Suites also on Major blvd. I would pay a total of about $100 more and would be getting a 1 room suite with fridge and microwave. There are 2 adults and 2 boys 14 and 10. I have read some reviews of this hotel which most say it is a decent hotel for the price. Was wanting to know if anybody had personal experience with this hotel? Is it worth the extra $100 to change? Would love to stay onsite but too expensive. Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry I don't know anything on either of these hotels, but are you saying that you don't have a micro/fridge at the Sleep Inn??

If you don't, I would make the switch just based on that alone. Even if you don't cook, it's so nice to have somewhere to keep drinks cold and maybe some bagels, juice, snacks, etc..

We are a family of 5, kids ages 12, 9, 5 and we use a 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen..........love the space. So I would definately want the micro/fridge. :)

What are you paying? For around 75.00 a night, you can get Cypress Pointe through HOtelkingdom and have a 2 bdrm loaded condo close to everything. My review and pics are on this board. There are also other great condo deals in Orlando as well, you'll get privacy, a full kitchen, a couple TV's, washer/dryer, balcony and lots of space.

Just a thought because I looked at Comfort suites when I was looking and got a way better deal with Cypress Pointe.

We got a package deal through expedia, hotel for 6 nights and roundtrip airfare(from Denver CO) for the 4 of us for $1500. So I really don't know exactly how much is airfare and how much is hotel. In order to change hotels I have to go through expedia.
