Thinking about buying but I have so many Q's

It is about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your speed maybe a litte more.We never ever take the boat to and from there because by the time you have to wait for the boat to leave you could be in your room. BCV is closer than BWV but not by much though. We always enjoy the walk especially after stuffing ourself at a restaurant.

Thanks for the response! How far/long of a walk is it to Epcot?

Yeah I know I *could* use more points but I don't want to stress about it, plus we might want to try some of the other (non DVC) resorts at some point that wouldn't be a good use of points anyways. I hope this works out... and I can't wait!!!

The seller accepted my offer for $100 less since there were no points available. YAY!!! I am getting the stuff emailed to me today and will be able to look it over/sign it when I get home. YAY! I already moved the downpay amount into my checking account, lol

Thanks! Jamie said that on a small contract at BWV anything $84 and over she would expect to pass and I am paying $86 so hopefully it will be ok! Now I am just waiting on the contract - correct that... I emailed like 5 minutes ago and she has already responded and resent it (wrong email the first time). HURRAH!

Just wanted to update that I got my closing documents today!!! Just need to get the check from my bank and send it in and on 4/20 we should be owners as promised. Can't wait to book that first trip!!!!
