Think this is a good VMK idea?

I can't go on VMK without getting 50 trade requests, one right after the other. OK maybe not 50 but you get what I am saying. LOL I mostly wear my cowboy hat and I have in my signature...NO I AM NOT TRADING!...but that gets ignored, nobody pays any attention to it and so I get a bunch of requests all the time. So...why not have another button beside the trade button that turns your trading off?? If you aren't wanting to trade at that time just click "not trading" and you get no requests. When you are ready to trade you simply turn it back on to "trading." That way people at least have to ask you in the room and you don't waste your time and get all these offers for stuff you want to laugh at. LOL I was thinking of writing to VMK to give them the idea, hopefully they will give it some thought. :teeth:

That's a great idea! Maybe it would stop those that go around saying "trade or I'll report".... maybe.... But still a great idea. :thumbsup2

But that takes logical thought, and we know for a fact that VMK doesn't have an ounce of that. rofl.

Yes, but if there was on option to turn trading off entirely, you wouldn't have to click on all of the trade request windows. Sure, if you ignore someone then they can't send you multiple trade requests... But soon, if you walk into a room, especially a trade room, with your trusty bat magic, you will see multiple requests from different players bombarding you and sometimes it would be nice not to have to deal with that at all. I miss wearing my blue dress - I changed my outfit because I got tired of being harassed for trade. It's taking the ignore button one step further... even better would be to turn trading off but be allowed to pick and choose from those on your friends list you would like to keep it on for...

yes well... that would take as long to program, test and sort the bugs out as selling rooms so this is my temporary solution

Yeah, well we all think it's about time they started working on it is all. The day that I don't have to be bombarded with "Do you want to trade with Guest9094847463920394975?" windows is the day I will be party:

Yes I think this is a GREAT idea, as I replied in another post :).
