Sweet & Low. Or was I just unlucky for 8 days straight?

I found Sweet & Low at Disney in February and I got so excited. :rotfl: I can't believe I was that happy about finding Sweet & Now. :rotfl: But now I don't remember where... :scratchin I think it was the bakery in France, not positve though.

Sorry, I'm kind of changing the subject here but I just have to know...ericthewise--what happened to the living statues in Epcot? I love those guys and was hoping to show them to my family in 3 weeks...did they take a vacation or something?<< :confused3

The living statues are an outside act. Disney had them under contract for a while but when the contract expired thay left. I thought someone here on the boards posted that they were appearing at Busch Gardens in Tampa about a year ago. DeVine over at DAK is from the same outfit that the Living Statues are from, so I imagine that someday she will be gone also.

You can find cotton candy at the Fantasmic Amphitheater.

By day three, I think I start going through MT DEW withdrawl!

Make-up!! I forgot my mascara last trip and was forced to try to wipe some of my liquid eyeliner on my lashes so that I wouldn't look dead in all our pictures!!

They have some makeup at the guerlain store in France. It's expensive but it's makeup :) and sometimes you luck out and they have a free gift with purchase. I got a really cool bronzer/brush/eye makeup set (full size of everything) that was worth more than the meteorites I bought. :)

Will someone please explain the no doors on the bathrooms thing? I'm confused. Are you referring to the main entrance to the restroom area?

No Dr. Pepper - another Pepsi product :sad1:

You can't find chewing gum. I understand they don't sell it so they don't have to scrape it off of stuff.

Yes - there are no doors from the outside into the restroom area, but most have a turn into the lavatory area - i.e. you can't stand outside and look at the stalls, etc.

You can find cotton candy many places - it usually comes in a plastic container with lid - rather than a plastic bag like you see it some places. My DD always seems to find the cotton candy!

You won't find any roller coasters.

At WDW they are all called "roller-coaster-type-rides". Disney has attractions with theming and attention to detail. Everything has a story to go with it.

Six Flags has a steel coaster outside and awesome theming like a coke machine with a superman sticker slapped on it. :rotfl2:

you will not find any cheap-traditional amusement park style rides such as merry-go-rounds (WDW only has carousels... lol. seriously there actually is a difference) or garish farris wheels (unless you go to DCA..... although they handled their wheel decently I suppose)

How about Snow White merchandise? Other than the Barbie doll or Polly Pocket we couldn't find anything much with just Snow White! They had cute little stuffed dolls of most of the princesses except SW. And they had the bed pillows for princesses except SW! Where is our SW stuff!!!! My DD3 is obsessed with her and I was looking for things for her room. You can find her combined with other princesses but very hard to find alone!

You won't find a mime, eating cotton candy and drinking pepsi, while waiting to get Bug's Bunny's autograph near the living statues!

( Sorry, I'm crackin myself up, its 1 am!)

Dr. Pepper is a Pepsi product? Or is it one of those ones that changes around? I
work at a restaurant and we pay the RC company to have Dr. Pepper on our fountain. (because we have coke products traditionally.)

I even know the name of the mime: "Bubbles Nicholas." I hate mimes, so I wish there were none at Disney, but he is at Epcot on occasion.

I have one, though. No doors on the bathrooms in any park with the exception of the Animal Kingdom. I found this out on the Backstage Safari. Anybody want to guess why they only have doors on bathrooms at the Animal Kingdom when they don't have them in the other parks?

This only applies to the outdoor restrooms, though. All of the full service restaurants have bathrooms with doors, and a lot of the counter services restaurants do too (the nice bathrooms in Cosmic Ray's have doors).
