Things To Take To The Parks

i have a travelon messenger bag. it fits across your body. therefore allowing you free hands. also, you do not have to remove your bag suchas you have to do with backpacks. it holds my waterbottle, lip balm, checkbook, credit cards, keys, camera, batteries, tide pen, kleenex tissues, bandaids. it measures abot 9x8 inches. it expands 2 inches allowing for a rain poncho. it is known as my wdw bag. i think that hans free is the best benefit. oh! unzips on outside foe easy access to wdw park tickets.

I would definately take purell and chapstick. I was also suprised how many times I need a pen.

I like to take a small flashlight. I forgot for my trip last weekend and I really missed it at night. It is great to use when it gets dark and you want to look at a map, your camera settings, etc.

DH will have wallet w/ passes, cc & $; cell phone & camera in ziplocs, and sunscreen wipes in ziplocs...THAT'S IT!!! And this with 3 kids 7-12.

DH will wear cargos to carry it all. I may try to get DS12 to wear cargos on days we go to MK/AK for ponchos, or if there is a chance of rain.

We are staying onsite, so can run back if there is a true emergency (or buy it...yes, inflated prices, paying to NOT have to haul things "just in case")

Ice water is free at all CS locations.
I will check the weather to determine clothing needs.

I may determine that throwing chapstick, bandaid or meds into my pocket might be nice. I'll play it by ear.

If you ask, the counter service places will give you a free cup of ice water. However, I believe that it is tap water. So if you don't like the taste of Orlando water, you may not want to do this.

a dry pair of socks too....comes in really handy esp with small kids or Crocs!

I always take pre-cut moleskins (or small scissors to cut it). However, I wore Crocs this time and didn't need mole skin at all.

Body Glide to avoid blisters. We bought a small one (travel size) at REI. It works great.
