Things to do in Buffalo/Area

Hello Disney Fans,

We are flying out of Buffalo the day before our flight and staying at a hotel across from the airport.

We have been to Buffalo/surrounding area numerous times for sport events, shopping etc, but just curious if anyone can recommend things to "entertain" my family for the day? There is DW, DS17, DD1.5 and myself.

If you really have a day, I would take them to the falls (unless of course you've been there many times already). I enjoy the Albright-Knox Art Museum, but may not be the best choice for a 1.5 yo

If you have History buffs you could visit the Buffalo Naval and Military Park. You can go into some cool ships including a WW2 sub. Then you could head over to the Anchor Bar for wings. We also went on a tour of city hall which is free!

The 1.5 year old would like the Buffalo Zoo. It's small, nowhere near as nice as the Toronto Zoo, but it's nice to spend some time. The Buffalo Science Museum would have things to interest both the teenager and the little one. Also small, but some nice exhibits.
