Things that need 90 days booking!??!

I know I posted this before but I need a refresher.

What can be booked 90 days in advance and what *has* to be booked 90 days in advance?

I know Cindy's breakfast does - but I don't think that 4 adults are really going to need that (I'd rather someone with kiddies get my spot). And I heard that the Illumination cruise does too. Is there a list somewhere that I can look at?

Help - I'm approaching 90 days!
