Things that make ya smile thread

This is a good idea!

Hm . . . For me, it's my friends, when I finally nail that hard song on the piano, and my Music class. I love that class :p

Oh yeah! Ewan McGregor and Gerard Way

I'm confessing. I'm always a tad confused by them. I mean, its great. Whatever makes you happy. Honestly I don't care. But I alway feel awkward. I don't know what to refer to them as. Him? Her? :confused3 Stupid problem, I know. But other than that, I really don't care. I just don't want to offend someone by refering to them in the gender other than what they prefer.

depending upon what they are "dressed as" is what is the safest to be refering them as. ever seen rent? they call angel she/her when he's a boy and stuff. transexuals actually become the legal gender of whatever they choose. i know what you mean about not wanting to offend people. it takes a little while to get the courage because even though we may be accepting, we're all human and cautious about things we're not sure of. im around them a lot at conventions so, in order to make the weekend better and not feeling like an idiot in front of new people, i learned to open up.

okay. my little rant is done. xD sorreh..

lol, the shelby :rotfl:

Thanks. I'll remember that. I've always wondered, but I didn't want to offend them by asking "so do you want me to call you 'he' or 'she'?"

TTMMS:

- Anything Disney (you weren't expecting that, were you?)
- My boyfriend talking in his 'cute' voice
- Getting a random text/MySpace message
- Little 'shippy moments in TV shows
- Hand dancing with my mother to the NCIS theme music
- Certain lines in the Wicked soundtrack ("me and Boq")

I'm sure there's more, but those are the ones that come to mind.
