Things that gross you out in WDW!

It's a double standard isn't it.. If I were to post here saying something about someone's religion, I would've gotton a repremand. But I didn't personally call some one out.

But here because I'm a smoker, and being demonized but not outright, it's acceptable to the fact that she shouldn't be penalized for her opinion.

I hear what you are saying but if rules are made for generalizing things shouldn't that go for all things?

She didn't personally call you out it was a general statement. You have every right to be offended but you are defining it wrong it was a broad statement not personal.

Other gross things: the young lady who HAS to wear a tight denim skirt or jeans and doesn't exactly fit in them so part of her hangs up and over the waist, usually exposing a nice bum crack.I'm sorry but when kids are pointing at that? Children don't need to be exposed to such horrific sights.
Why are people so afraid to wear their size? I was big once, and I wore my size. Was more flattering than things hanging out that shouldn't be.
I don't want to see ANYONE, male or female's crack on their backside. And why, oh why do men grab themselves so much?
I have NEVER understood this, so many men in WDW walking around "adjusting" things...YUCK...we see you!!! Can you do that when it's not so obvious? lol....

some things that gross me out are certainly the diaper thing..booty shorts gross me out..people who burp..garbage on the ground..spitting..all that.thankfully i dont see it much.
the money in the water oddly grosses me out..tells me that the water isnt clean..
the tap water grosses me out..stagnant ponds gross me out..
and this isnt AT wdw, but it still grosses me out.
once the seatbelt light goes off, there is a mad dash for the potty.even a line sometimes.its a two hour flight, people..and u just got on!!??

Yes, Poli- what is with that? I know it's not at Disney but I take a 2 hour flight from DTW and seriously, as soon as the seatbelt sign goes off, SOMETIMES BEFORE! someone gets up to use the bathroom...I can see if you ran to make a connection, been there, done that. You have to choose, stop at the bathroom or make my flight that's about to take off.
Even when I have ran to the plane, I'm not jumping up that fast. And usually it's the business guy who was sitting there as I'm getting on the plane.Maybe they don't know they can use it when we are loading,lol????
But back to Disney, MOUSE GEARS!!!! I always smell sewer no matter what entrance I go in at...very appealing,lol....

Another gross one....used bandaids in the pool, on the pool deck, in the beach sand...EEEEWWWW Don't we all understand that bandaids become loose in the water? Then take it off and put it in the trash can!

The coca-cola refreshment station! Beverly is a given, but I'm talkin the floor! That slup/slurp feeling and sound your shoes make on that uber sticky floor!

Most restraunts that I've seen either use a bleach solution on that rag or a antibacterial solution of some sort. It's probably food handling requirements.

Could be but I'm still grossed out that they wipe the table with the same rag they wipe the seats with - YUCK! I'm still laying down my napkin place mats!

Not much grosses me out, but why do people leave pee on the seat. This isn't just a Disney thing, it bothers me everywhere. Especially places that provide a paper cover, but why in the world would anyone think that someone else wants to clean up your mess. Yuck!!!!!

Oh agreed! That grosses me out too! I will not go into a stall that has someone else's body fluid dripped on the toliet seat - EWWWW

Diaper changing in public. On tables and chairs!!

Completely agree. We were just finishing our lunch & the people at the adjoining table put the baby on the table & proceeded to change the diaper. Absolutely disgusting.

I have "problems" and sometimes have to use the restroom less then 30 mins after I JUST went. I was having one of those days and was just waiting for the seatbelt sign to go off so I could run back there. Nothing I could really do about it... it's horrible on those days.

But back on topic...

People who leave their tables a MESS after eating at counter service. I don't mean just leaving their trash, but smooshed fries under the table, ketchup smeared on the table, ect ect.

Couple of things that sort of do me in....

Turkey legs - I don't mind people eating them ....I was just really disappointed - thought I was going to bite into something that reminded me of Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner....and it tasted like HAM...(or it did to me).

Unflushed toilets - I used to think it was kids that just didn't have the strength for the industrial toilets - but the last two cases I saw it was full grown middle-age women.

Hand washing in washroom - people running the water and using the dryers for sound effect only....didn't really use water - they just know someone is in the stall. (My mom saw the whole thing - they just thought it was me on one of the stalls and didn't see her....

I have found that the more smoking is restricted in places then the more smokers either huddle all at one place (making things worse because of the concentration and the number smoking in one small area) or if the areas are too few, far between or too difficult to find, some will sometimes light up....
not just at WDW - I'm talking about anywhere. I hope WDW keeps the DSAs but would like to see more CM enforcement to ensure people use these areas. At least with DSA, smokers know where they are SUPPOSED to be and non-smokers know where to avoid....and no one is trying to sneak a smoke somewhere were it may be a fire hazard....

Three people passing the same ice cream back and forth while waiting in line -but you could tell from their voices that one had a VERY bad cold...(the next day, 3 probably had a very bad cold).

And - the topper - the lady who sat at the table across from us at the Coral Reef and took her runners and socks off and put them up in the chair across from her (under the table) - indicated to her friend her feet were hot, tired and swelling....

You actually took the time to take a picture of this? for what reason? so you could look back and remember the time you saw a woman and her child enjoying the park in clothes you don't feel is appropriate? That makes NO sense..

As for what disgusts me at WDW...

Overly critical people who find fault with everything.
