Things My Universal Reservationist Said That A Disney Agent... Wouldn't :)

I called Universal today to make some changes to an existing reservation that I had. And I have to admit.. I hate calling Disney for hotel reservations. I feel like it's such a long-winded process and I just rather have another one of my friends take care of it.

But I just wanted to share a few quotes that my Universal agent said that I've never heard a Disney agent say... lol

"Would you like to put down the names of the people in the room now? Or just wait until check-in?"

"Let's see... Okay, I see that you're using a AAA rate but you're an Annual Passholder and I just looked up the Annual Passholder rate and it's about $25 cheaper. Do you want me to change that for you?"

"Your credit card probably won't be charged."

The nice thing about Universal is that you get through to someone quickly.

I tried calling Disney once.

Finding the numbers was like searching for the Holy grail...

When I finally found one, I wasn't presented with a human being. I gave up in the end.

I felt like a traitor with the last two, LOL.

Oh, and never in my life was checking in as quick as it was at the Hard Rock, even with getting our keys for fotl!
no line, no spelling my name out, can't find your reservation, what's the reservation number, how many nights, nada! When we left a guy was at the door, took my bill which was a single piece of paper and said "that's all I need, and Take it easy".

Man, I wanted to turn right around to see if they had anything available for a few more nights, LOL.
