I am not sure why it would be saving any differently. I could try emailing it to you. If you would like me to do that, either post your email address or if you do not want your information "out there", simply pm it to me.

We do not make the actual transfers, we simply make the designs and then you save them to your computer and print them to the transfers yourself.

If you wish to order my blank transfers from my website, I would be glad to send you the link to my site. I will just need your email address to send you the link.
