They do not ship ups. They ship fed ex international ground from what I hear is WORSE:confused3 I just had to sign for them. They send you the bill in the mail so that none of their drivers get assaulted when trying to collect the bill at the house.:lmao: However crocs did throw in free shipping and a very nice pair of red gardening knee pads for free. I am told to expect a large bill from fed ex however. I am going to write deceased on the envelope and return it.;)

I have just ordered for the second time from crocs.com and the first time I paid the 995 shipping and didn't get a bill for anything else or any duty it was dandy.
This time I also paid 995 for 2 pairs of disney crocs for the kids for christmas.....
WHere do you get the disney jibbitz???? i even had the jibbitz site up and don't see any disney ones???
Thanks.

Some one else said expect to get dinged for like 70 bucks or more or so for fed ex charges. How did yours get delivered? I got my disney jibbitz off ebay.ca. There is a fellow from Ontario selling them on there right now.

I just emailed Crocs to find out what to expect as I am unsure?

Try calling Fed Ex....they're the ones who will be billing you. There's a contact number on fedex.ca. Maybe you'll be lucky and they'll have caught the Christmas spirit!!! Here's hoping! :thumbsup2

I still haven't caught the croc spirit but the Disney ones do look so cute with the mickey heads.

I just want to say that the customer service at Crocs Rocks! I emailed them about the fed ex charges and this was their prompt response!

"Your e-mail was forwarded to me by my team-member Konrad. Yes, there is a possibility that you may receive notice of charges on your Crocs order by Fed Ex. I can’t be certain. These represent tax and import charges that the Canadian government applies to your order. Crocs does not benefit from these charges. Fed Ex is the administering agent. These charges are random to our Canadian customers. As yet we have been unable to get clarification from either the Canadian government or Fed Ex why some and not all customers are affected. We have been in discussions with Fed Ex for several weeks working to resolve this issue. Crocs just became aware of this in October. Fed Ex is our exclusive shipper for now, yet that may change in the future. We are exploring several options for future shipping. We are also discussing a warehouse distribution center inside Canada. Our Canadian customers are extremely important to Crocs.
I assure you that in the event you are charged I can assist you. In the event you are notified of charges, keep your notice and contact me directly at either my email address or by phone."

Now you tell me where on the face of this earth will you get customer service like this? Someone has finally put the customer back into customer service! After this I am a loyal crocs.com customer for life even if I end up paying! :goodvibes

I was at Square One last night and there is a store, I forgot to see the name, but it is near the front entrance on the left corridor, right hand side.

She has the kids Disney Crocs and they should be getting Adult Crocs any day now!

I just picked up a pair of the kids last night at Sport Chek - apparently some of the sport chek's have some of the adult sizes in now and will be getting more in.

Our new Disney crocs are on their way ...I ordered directly from crocs.com but I can't wait till January when we go to disney and see what the ones are like there....I will take photos and post them when we return so everyone can see what the actual "disneyworld exclusive ones" will be like.
Yippee. 45 sleeps for us!!!

I would like to followup again today and say I have received three emails in 24 hours regarding my fed ex issue and also their was a defect with one pair of the Disney Crocs. I simply cannot believe the extraordinary customer service I have received from Crocs.com. These people are doing absolutely everything to resolve this! I will be paying no fed ex btw. In this day and age we see and hear so many complaints about poor customer service. For once I really wanted to throw a bouquet out for these people!:goodvibes
