Hooray! Let the blooming begin! :bounce:

Nice pics..
Love the windflowers:D ..I don't have any luck with them

Hurray! I love your pics. Your daffys are so pretty. The wind flowers are great. I have never had luck growing them. Congratulations! Spring has sprung at your house.

I don't understand why Spring in the Northwest is so much earlier than Spring in the Northeast!!

I'm just happy that it is Spring somewhere for someone!! LOL!

I love the pictures too. I also have tried those Grecian Windflowers without any success at all. What's your secret?

Tulirose: My theory on the weather is this...we mainly get mild moist air coming from the southern Pacific. Basically that brings us a lot of moisture, hence the raining all the time ;). Occasionally the jet stream will drop and we will get cold air from Canada. You, due to the flow of the jet stream, get a lot of cold air from Canada mixing with moisture from the Great Lakes ( I'm totally guessing here  ), therefore things warm up later. Hmmm, maybe I should apply for Al Roker's job.

My trick with Grecian Windflowers is to plant them. I really didn't do anything but put them in the ground and forget where I put them. Sorry I can't help more than that.

I've never even heard of Windflowers! Those are so pretty! I'll have to do some reading on those. The daffs are beautiful too- one of my favorite "happy" flowers. Thanks for posting! :D

We are expecting winter weather in the next few days..:(

I have the windflowers too...love them.

Nice pictures. I can't wait for our daffodils for us here in Indiana. Although I can see that they are sprouting right now. Then it went and snowed!! I hope they will be okay. I also can’t wait for my tulips. I bought them in the Netherlands on my trip last year. The wait is killing me.
