They sent me the wrong MVMCP tickets!

What should I do? Has this ever happened to anyone else here?

I ordered tickets for Dec. 7th and 9th, but they sent me the 5th and 7th! We're not even checking in until the 6th.

I called, and the CM said to send the tickets for the 5th back, with a note saying that I want to change them to the 9th, and that as soon as they receive them, they would sent out the new tickets.
Does this sound correct?

I'm gonna send them back tomorrow. I'm sure it will all work out, but I'll feel much better when I actually have the right tickets in my hands!
